We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return the item.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please contact customer service within 60 days of receiving your order. When reaching out, include the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when received.
  • All items must be returned in their original packaging, including any tags, boxes, or inserts.
  • Items with stains, tears, folded cards, broken seals, or damaged foiling will not be accepted.
  • Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Any item that does not meet the return conditions may be rejected and sent back to the customer.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • It is recommended to use a trackable shipping method, as responsibility for the returned item remains with the customer until it is received.

Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received, it will undergo an inspection process to ensure it meets the return conditions.

Processing Time

  • If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is issued.

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Important Notes

  • Only the cost of the item will be refunded. Any original or return shipping fees will not be refunded.
  • If a return is not approved due to non-compliance with the return conditions, the item may be sent back to the customer at their own expense.
